Palmse Metall OÜ is one of the largest manufacturers of agricultural and road construction trailers in the Nordic countries. Both in terms of production volume and area, the company has been continuously growing for years. In the second half of 2022, expansion work is underway again at Palmse production in Lääne-Virumaa, where the 10,000 m2 limit will soon be reached.
We have developed more than 100 different models, and our list of accessories is very wide compared to other domestically produced trailers. In-hub hydraulic motors from the Black Bruin company, system controlled by remote control from the tractor, metallic colors, hydraulic and air suspension, a large selection of different backdoors, among them a hydraulic hatch that opens to the side, are just a few additional options.
A commitment to developing products based on feedback and customer requests has brought many positive responses. Palmse Trailer’s intention to meet the highest quality requirements in order to ensure customers the best and long-lasting product was also officially confirmed: Palmse Metall OÜ, the owner of the Palmse Trailer brand, is recognized with an ISO 9001 certificate.
Continuous development ensures competitiveness and at the same time ever increasing challenges provide the best solutions for our growing customer base. In addition to everything, we also constantly invest in our production capacity – we are the only trailer manufacturer in the nearby region that builds both dump trailer boxes and frames with a welding robot. This, in turn, ensures highly stable welding quality and greater durability. We also have one of the largest bending machines in the neighboring countries to bend large boxes in one piece.
In recent years, we have tried to look for ways to manage production more sustainably. Today, a park of solar panels has been built as a more environmentally friendly solution for Palmse Trailer, with a capacity of 500 kW and, depending on the weather, it covers most of our electricity needs.
We strive for the best solutions in order to be a worthy partner for both the farmer and the road builder in the improvement of high-quality machinery.
