1. Meet the best conveyor belt trailer with grain transfer feeder
This conveyor belt tractor trailer is designed with a possibilty to add auger feeder for grain transfer. PT9820 FLOW helps you to do so many jobs: transport silage, grain, pallets, big bags for fertilizer etc and on the other hand you can transfer grain with a screw feeder. Live bottom transfers substances very fast, which helps you to save time and energy.
2. this live bottom trailer can be ordered with or without extensions
Depending on the purpose, whether transporting grain or silage, hay or pallets, you can use this trailer for so many purposes. There is only one side post to match the strength with the design – the profiled side provides strength to reduce the number of posts in order to lower the final weight of the trailer.
3. The screw and the body of screw feeder is made of wear resistant steel to provide greater durability.
The conveyor belt trailer has two main versions: the main purpose is to reload the grain with a screw feeder at a speed of up to 15 m3/min, which needs PTO 540rpm. Another version of the trailer is the loading of silage and bulk material using a conveyor belt at a speed of up to 49m3/min, that requires 80L/min of hydraulic oil capacity.

Our press brake with large dimensions is among the largest in nearby countries. DUMPER TRAILERS
Dumper trailers is the largest product group in the product range of Palmse Trailer. It has the highest number of variations or models as well as the greatest production capacity.
The advantage of dumper trailers over other trailer types is their versatility. Due to the different backdoors and additional extensions that are available, the product’s uses are limitless, i.e. it can be used for various large-scale transportation works, such as those involving soil, manure, gravel, grain, etc. Dumper trailers that are equipped with Palms cranes are perfect for farmers as well as companies for loading work in landscaping, forestry, harvesting, etc.

Our efforts to find the best solutions and the intention to increase the competence and level of complexity of manufacturing trailers produced in Estonia have paved the way for entering a completely new segment. The conveyor belt dumper trailer PT9820 FLOW is the cutting edge of Estonian engineering – the most sophisticated trailer in Palmse Trailer history. Its design, production, assembly and testing have been an exciting challenge for everyone. We started the project already in November 2020 and the whole design period took almost a year. Its complexity also involved the use of outsourcing, which required the involvement of different parties.
