1. ADJUSTABLE AXLE beam POSITION AND OTHER NEW FEATURES
On Palmse Trailer’s latest 2023 dumper trailer model, largely oriented to use as construction trailer, the distance of the axle beam from the drawbar can be adjusted according to the max hitch load (depending on the machinery). The box is bolted to the frame. This model is perfect not only for the tractor but also behind the excavator. The new, redesigned convertible hatch has a higher profile. This updated construction of the convertible hatch is built to reduce the load on the cylinder, also the convertible hatch with such a safety joint adds flexibility and reliability. NOTE: Stainless steel toolbox is not included in standard.
2. GREATER DURABILITY – ROBOT WELDING
Most boxes and frames of the tractor trailers are made either completely or partially by robot welding. This ensures consistent solid quality and increased durability which are very important features in agriculture and farming. We have three robots in our production, cool, right?

The metal is cut with a modern Bystronic laser cutter, which significantly increases assembly accuracy of the tractor trailers. This in turn ensures a more stable quality and better durability for our products. So precise that you can feel the sharpness in the air!
5. EVEN STRONGER – LARGE PRESS BRAKE
Our press brake with large dimensions is among the largest in nearby countries. This gives the possibility to bend most of the side profiles in one piece, which in turn reduces the number of welds and increases strength.
